Turnberry, Simon Buy Miami Retail Asset for $131M
Turnberry Associates and Simon Property Group have acquired Esplanade at Aventura, a 219,000-square-foot open-air mall in Aventura, Fla., for $131 million from Seritage Growth Properties. The property, now called The Abbey at Aventura, is adjacent to the Aventura Mall, which is also owned by the buyers.
